Edward Wohl

Christmas came a few days early this year. Mamma got me an Edward Wohl cutting board from Heath Ceramics. It's the perfect size and Edward used his signature bird's eye maple to craft this piece. The wood is very smooth and pristine and I was a little nervous to make my first cut but it felt great once I got the nerve to do it. It was probably what it must feel like to be a sick skater and get a new deck and grind a gnarly rail. I made a juice with carrots, apples, celery, kale, and parsley. Edward recommends using one side for cutting and the other for serving. After reading that knowledge nugget I felt ready to get my chef's knife and get going. Seems like he's got a very chill attitude and I love that he plays tennis in the afternoon.

  1. can we get a pic of that cutting board? we have one too but I have never cut on it, only served. those things are casual.
